You are invited to experience an introduction to the connected and conscious breath at the Hunger Mountain Co-op, Tuesday May 9th at 6pm. This workshop will briefly explore the history of cathartic breath-work, it's application and of course participants will get a first hand experience of the gentle power of this healing modality. As a medial Anthropologist I have studied numerous way's of healing and yet have always come back to the "big medicine" of the life force traveling on the conscious breath and it's tremendous healing power. How does our inhale and exhale reflect how we live our lives? How can we move from a shallow participation in life, to a deepening of our being through becoming aware of our breath? How is surrendering to our breath infinitely mysterious and blissful? How do we tap into the release of incomplete experiences and highlight and heal everything in our cellular being by utilizing the conscious and connected breath? I look forward to breathing with you. Please call the Hunger Mountain Co-op for registration and if there are any questions feel free to call Dunja Moeller at 802-223-3435
