Past event
May 11, 2017, 7 to 9 PM

GREETINGS!

On Thursday, May 11, Shelburne's Planning Commission will host a community meeting to discuss "Form Based Zoning." The meeting will take place at 7 PM in the Shelburne municipal building. We understand that Form Based Zoning might not strike you as a scintillating topic. But, it will have an impact on how Shelburne develops. If you would like to learn more about Form Based Zoning and/or want to influence how it is implemented in Shelburne, PLEASE CONSIDER attending this meeting.

A few details about the meeting...

Consultant Brandy Saxton and her team have been hired to refine the Form Based Zoning regulations that were adopted by Shelburne's Selectboard in 2016. On May 11, the consulting team will present background information so that everyone attending has at least a basic understanding of Form Based Zoning. Team members and Planning Commissioners will then lead exercises designed to address issues or concerns associated with four different parts of the Form Based Zoning regulations. The feedback you provide will help shape Shelburne's Form Based Zoning Version 2.0!
