Prescription Drug Take-Back Day April 29

Past event
Apr 29, 2017

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is Saturday, April 29th, from 10 AM - 2 PM.

Bring your expired, unwanted or unused medications to your local disposal site! Proper prescription drug disposal is important for a safe and healthy community as well as protecting our children and our environment. Do your part to keep unsafe drugs in safe hands.

Locally you can drop off at the Shelburne Police Department. There are also drop-off locations at Kinney's in Hinesburg and Shaw's in Williston as well as the Police Departments in Hinesburg and Williston, which, like Shelburne PD, will accept unwanted medications all year.

Disposal is free and anonymous. For more information about locations in the County for ongoing medication disposal visit http://www.chittendenpreventionnetwork.com/rx-disposal-locations.html. Supported by the Chittenden Prevention Network, Connecting Youth in CSSU, and local law enforcement. #endmedicineabuse #PreventRxAbuse
