What is yoga? Much more then a physical practice, yoga is a powerful tool to help connect you with your greatest self.

In this class we will discuss Ashtanga Yoga, or the 8 limbed path. Focusing on the first 4 limbs (one of which is physical postures) we learn how these simple "external cleansing practices" can have a powerful impact both on and off the yoga mat.

This workshop is open to everyone and no previous yoga experience is required. These concepts are not only very approachable but applicable for everyone.

Suggested donation of $5-20 Pre-registration is requested. This class will take place at Valley Glow Yoga.
