Preparing for the Friends of the Bixby Annual Silent Auction of gift baskets, we have refined our basket assembly to include shrink wrap. Thanks to Gail Martin, our baskets look professionally arranged and prepared. Gail learned these skills as an employee (and family member) of Dakin Farm. She is a librarian by trade and an artist by interest. Gail will be offering instruction on shrink wrap basket assembly, FREE on Sunday, Nov. 17 at 2 PM. Each participant will receive several new shrink wrap bags to take home for their own gift giving. Please call Karlene DeVine (877-6392) to confirm your interest in joining the group.

Nov. 17 is the day we will be assembling all the gift baskets for the Silent Auction. Get a first look (and first bid) on the wonderful selection of gift baskets we will be putting together by joining us for the free instruction.

A light meal will be available for later in the day.
