Making Cultured Vegetables in Cabot

I’ll be making a batch of cultured vegetables this Saturday (2/25) at my home in Cabot. This unsalted probiotic food is great for all ages - especially those with digestive issues, yeast overgrowth, or food sensitivities. If you'd like to learn how to make them, I'll be in the kitchen from 3-5:30pm. No charge, bring your own veggies and jars, contact me for details.
