Calling all pregnant ladies! Please join Heather every Monday night for Prenatal yoga at Kula Center for Yoga & Meditation from 6:30pm-7:45pm. We will breath & stretch as well as gain some coping tools for labor & delivery.

Some of the benefits:
-reduces stress & tension
-enhances sleep
-improves energy level
-strengthens muscles in preparation for birth
-eases lower back, round ligament, and neck/shoulder pain
