Mysteries of the Waterbury Inn
The Waterbury Historical Society on WednesdayJanuary 25 will present a program "Mysteries of the Waterbury Inn". Brian Lindner will tell us about new evidence and show photographs that have
come to light in this program but will the cases ever be fully be solved

Built in 1865 the Waterbury Inn grew and expanded over the decades
to become a "destination" resort. The Inn was located near the train
station. On St Patricks Day in 1950 the partially clad body of the owner was found in the snow behind the Inn. Three years later the
Inn burned to the ground in a massive fire

The program will take place on January 25 at 7pm in the Steele
Community Room at the Waterbury Municipal Building. A brief
business meeting of the Historical Society will precede the program
The program is open to the public and free. It is handicapped
accessible. Light refreshments will be served. We will have available
some books and DVD. More info call 244=8089.
