Yin Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Thinking about your intentions for 2017? Do you have goals for being healthier? Less stressed? More compassionate? Maybe all the above? Join us Saturday, January 7th from 10:30-1:00 for an introduction to yin style yoga and meditation. This is a great opportunity to tap into your inner wisdom and strength so you will be even more prepared to succeed! Our yoga workshop will offer a totally accessible introduction to yin style yoga and meditation, followed by a complimentary raw juice treat fresh from Juice Amour, a local woman-owned business.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with mostly seated postures that work with the connective tissues of the body to increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, and cultivate deeper connection to our own intuition and bio-intelligence. It is a perfect contemplative yoga style for our northern winters and pairs well with brightening cleanses such as those offered by Juice Amour.
