The staff, students and lunch ladies at the Lincoln Community School invite everyone to our annual celebration of good food and good company next Thursday, November 17. Our Thanksgiving meal will begin at noon and conclude by 1 p.m. Please call the school to reserve a seat at (802) 453-2119 by Monday, 11/14 so we can set a place for you.

If you are interested in helping Bonnie and Lea in the kitchen from 10 to 1:30 (or whenever you can) on the day-of, send an email to lcalderon@anesu.org.

Our menu features whole roasted Stonewood Farm turkeys, homemade gravy, mashed root veggies from Last Resort Farm, a glazed squash medley from Lewis Creek Farm, homemade cranberry sauce, sourdough buns, a green bean and brussels sprout salad, and homemade pie. As always, children's meals are $2.50, adult meals are $5.00 and all children of qualifying families eat for free.

If you enjoy gathering with neighbors for a shared meal, you should also check out the LCS Early Bird Breakfast every Friday from 7:30 to 8 a.m. It's always delicious and open to the whole community.
