BEYOND MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION PRACTICE WORKSHOP

Reduce stress and engage in self care. Join us for a free day of mindfulness, relaxation, and healing sponsored by Hannah’s House.

Dr. Anthony Quintiliani, Ph.D., LADC, a psychologist and mindfulness practitioner with over 40 years of experience will be leading his special training program, “Beyond Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop” free of charge for the community.

Saturday, November 12th at Indy Yoga. Morning session: 10:30-12:30; Afternoon session: 1:30-3:30. Skills and practices will be different in the morning and afternoon sessions. Please join us for both! Props will be available at Indy Yoga, however feel free to bring your yoga mat, a blanket, or meditation cushion.
