New series of Qi Gong classes begins Wednesday evening, 6 - 7pm, at the Clothespin Factory on Granite Street.
We'll be learning the "Twenty YinYang" set of movements. The series runs for 7 weeks, skipping 2 weeks at Thanksgiving.
