ZAFA Wines is a 56 acre Organic (Certification Pending) vineyard and farm located in Isle La Motte, VT. Our goal is to reframe the conversation around sustainability in wine.

Utilizing whole-system thinking with the intention of implementing a polyculture not only within the vineyard but throughout the 56 acres, we are growing food predominantly of the African Diaspora (Sorghum, Watermelon, Callaloo, Paul Robeson tomato, Okra, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Green glaze collards, etc).
