Celebrate the rich history of Winooski by showcasing your historic home or building with a commemorative marker from the Friends of Winooski Preservation Committee of the Winooski Historical Society (WHS). For just $100, you'll receive a locally made metal plaque that highlights the actual or approximate age of your building. Volunteers will also research and provide a brief history of your property.

Many Winooski property owners take great pride in maintaining their buildings, and displaying a historic marker is the perfect way to showcase that dedication. It also helps support the WHS in its mission to preserve and celebrate our local historical landmarks. This makes for a unique and meaningful gift—perfect for someone who's hard to shop for!
