doughCOnutz is a nonprofit brand created in the Principles of Business class at CVU. We are all students at CVU and our goal is to make donuts using coconut oil instead of palm oil. Palm oil is found in more than 50% of products on supermarket shelves including donuts.

Palm oil is now the most widely-used oil in the world. In order to clear land to grow palm, swathes of rainforest are burned, destroying habitat and homes, and the fragile rainforest ecosystem.
