2) Support each other to live in this way
If you are looking to have more meaningful relationships, interested in tapping into your wholeness, want to wake up from the culture’s dysfunctional dream and see your connection to the entire universe, then Love University is the place for you. We’re not saying it will be easy, but it will definitely be worth it.

Love University is offering weekly classes downtown at 46 S Main St, Ste 2, Waterbury (the entrance is on the side of the building, next to the parking lot. We don't have signage yet but once you're inside there are signs.. it's an adventure!).

• Garin Samuelsen is teaching Non-dual Meditation on Fridays and Sundays from 8-8:50a.
• Kate Matthews is teaching Prenatal Yoga on Sundays from 10-11a.
• Emilia Fanelli is teaching Vinyasa Yoga on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30a.

• April Hayes is teaching Contemplative Meditation on Fridays 12-12:45p and 4:30-5:15p.

All of our teachers are thoughtful and accommodating, and want you to feel welcomed and cared for. We think you'll find that you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and light. What do you think? Give one a try?! Get in the groove, and see what happens!

The donation range suggestion is $10-30 per yoga class and $5-20 per meditation class. However, we understand this may prove difficult for many. Please donate what feels right to you. No questions asked. On the flip side, if you can donate more, just know that any extra amount helps keep our classes available for all.
