Walnut Hill Farm raises heritage breed pigs on pasture in summer, and in an open air barn in winter (to keep them dry) with large round hay bales to supply their roughage. We offer fresh pork cuts including (but not limited to) bone-in chops, tenderloin, spare ribs, baby back ribs, hocks (fresh and smoked), no-nitrate bacon; and linked sausages: hot Italian, sweet Italian, bratwurst, andouille, chorizo, and maple breakfast. Walnut Hill Farm raises heritage breed pigs on pasture in summer, and in an open air barn in winter (to keep them dry) with large round hay bales to supply their roughage. We offer fresh pork cuts including (but not limited to) bone-in chops, tenderloin, spare ribs, baby back ribs, hocks (fresh and smoked), no-nitrate bacon; and linked sausages: hot Italian, sweet Italian, bratwurst, andouille, chorizo, and maple breakfast. We also off charcuterie made from our pork. Our charcuterie consists of dry-cured salamis and cured whole-muscle cuts such as lonza, coppa, and pancetta. All of our pork and charcuterie are processed in USDA facilities ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards. We also offer pumpkins and sweet corn in season.
