Vermont Home Watch LLC provides absentee homeowner services. Do you, or someone you know, own a primary or second home that's unoccupied for some length of time throughout the year? We often say that an unoccupied home is a vulnerable home, yet finding someone trustworthy to properly care for your home can be challenging. We solve this.

We are a local, family owned business that will visit your home weekly to do a visual inspection of your house looking for obvious issues, we email you a detailed report of everything that was checked, and help resolve any issues. We act as your advocate to help resolve these issues and represent your best interest when you're not home.
