What is BCST?

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) is a gentle therapeutic touch modality that fosters a deep awareness of your body, heart, and mind connection and reorients you to your body's Health. You begin your session lying comfortably on a massage table, remaining fully clothed. Lauren uses gentle healing touch to facilitate your body's own treatment plan, helping you tap into the innate intelligence and health of your system. BCST helps you settle into a place of safety, stillness, and relaxation so that tension, stress, holding patterns, and trauma can gently unwind and transform.
