USS Vermont Support Group

The USS VERMONT SSN 792 Support Group (VSG) is an all-volunteer 501c3 organization of individuals, associations, and businesses who are dedicated to providing support for the USS VERMONT, her officers, crew and families, for the life of the boat.
In order to accomplish our Mission Statement above, the VSG has identified several objectives to accomplish our purpose.

Among the objectives are:
• Support the morale and well-being of the crew and their families.
• Encourage, advocate, and generate a community of support for the crew of USS VERMONT and educate the citizens of Vermont and other supporters about our namesake submarine and the vital role she plays in our nation's defense.
• Promote lasting relationships between the State of Vermont and the crew of the USS VERMONT for the life of the submarine.
• Raise funds and finance appropriate events and activities associated with these objectives.
