These greens-heavy CSA shares consist of crisp veggies that have been grown in their hoophouses throughout the winter, including fresh spinach, lettuce, asian greens, arugula, claytonia, radishes, and salad turnips.

These greens-heavy CSA shares consist of crisp veggies that have been grown in their hoophouses throughout the winter, including fresh spinach, lettuce, asian greens, arugula, claytonia, radishes, and salad turnips.
The Spring Medley share adds storage crops purchased in from other local and organic farms, like potatoes, carrots, beets, and onions to round out the offering. If you've never had overwintered greens, you are in for an incredible treat! Pickups are on Mondays at the farmstand, located in the center of Hinesburg.
