~Sweet and Savory Maple Breakfast Biscuit, our house made buttermilk biscuit topped with your choice of a sausage patty, or thick cut bacon, local maple syrup and blueberry sauce. $8.00
~ Breakfast Enchiladas, flour tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese sauce topped with house made beef chili made with Squire Farms ground beef then finished with a creamy spinach and roasted poblano sauce. $15.00
~Vegetarian Breakfast Enchiladas, flour tortillas filled with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese sauce topped with house made veggie chili and finished with creamy spinach and roasted poblano sauce. $15.00

~ Boston cream pie crepes, vanilla custard filled crepes topped with dark chocolate sauce.
~ House made sausage gravy over buttermilk biscuits.
~ Creamy veggie and herb gravy over our house made buttermilk biscuits.
~ Vegan creamy herb and veggie gravy over our house made biscuits (gluten free, vegan biscuits available)
~ Broccoli and Vermont cheddar quiche.
