I will be back in the kitchen on Monday for regular lunch pick-up on April 15, 16, and 17th. I have a fun and exciting menu lined up, from Oxtails, Jerk Chicken Salad, and Coconut Curry Chickpeas to Escovitch Fish and Stew Peas with Pigtails.
