Guiding individuals to live a wholehearted life through development of the heart and mind - awakening and honoring the full expression of their most authentic self. Tara offers intuitive movement and meditation classes in-person and virtually, monthly workshops, and leads seasonal retreats both locally and internationally. She also provides coaching, consulting, and professional development within education systems to build more wholehearted schools. Her educational work currently focuses on proactive systems-thinking with a focus on caregiver engagement and psycho-education along with employee wellbeing and mental health through integration of social-emotional learning, wellness, and restorative practices. Tara also teaches a popular yearlong emotional-resiliency immersive graduate course for educators called Onward.
