The Sparrow Project is a community centered organization that intertwines the arts with self advocacy - where coaching, therapy and creativity intersect to help you live your most authentic life! Sparrow creates a space where we can work on building a deeper connection to ourselves, our stories and the story of others. Bringing change one chapter at a time - through individual, family, or group learning sessions, we help you harness the power of your own creativity so you can live the life you dream. At the heart of all Sparrow experiences is the power of creativity, using a broad spectrum of artist materials and the joy and adventure of theater, each session is unique and tailored to the individual.
