Hi neighbors!
Many of you have seen/heard the announcement about TREEHOUSE, coming to Waterbury Village this spring. Hi neighbors!
Many of you have seen/heard the announcement about TREEHOUSE, coming to Waterbury Village this spring. I have been offering tours of the small business/retail/creative studios every day and expect these to fill up quickly. Our priority for these studios is to offer Waterbury area creatives/artists/entrepreneurs who are looking to be a part of an exciting new retail/studio community in the heart of the village. Besides anchor tenants Autumn Records and TREEHOUSE Used Books, already we have commitments from Waterbury based Willow Tree Journeys, who will be opening a private yoga + reiki studio along with their highly rated culinary retreats and Matt LaRocca, director of special projects for the Vermont Symphony Orchestra and professor of composition at UVM. For the four remaining available studios (leases start March 1), some small businesses we would LOVE to have are: *Vintage Sellers, *Graphic designers/architects/investment funds/accountants/lawyers, *Tatoo artists, *Barbers, *Studio artists, *Creative Retail, *Anyone tired of working from home who would thrive in a creative environment!!
We are still looking for a private chef interested in making our grab and go sandies for the record shop/coffee/used books side of TREEHOUSE. Please email me directly at joseph@thephoenixvt.com if you are interested or know someone who might be a great fit. We are looking for daily morning delivery of sandies sold at lunchtime!
--Love, Joseph + Anna, owners of The Phoenix + Waterbury Studios
