The Four Chimneys Restaurant offers a stylish French-Vermont fine dining experience. Our Bennington restaurant will be serving dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and serving lunch on Sundays. You can either choose from our A-La-Carte menu carefully established by our Chef Olivier or you can let yourself be overwhelmed by our fine dining pre-fixed 7-course Degustation Menu. Both menus evolve regularly integrating seasonal local produce.

- Culinary: Basic understanding of culinary techniques and terminology used in a professional kitchen
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Food service: Ability to provide efficient and friendly service to customers or other staff members
