Hi all.
Amanda Franz here.
I wanted to share that I am accepting clients for
Somatic bodywork,
Somatic coaching for leaders and changemakers,
somatic movement therapy (for individuals and partners), and
conflict mediation.
I work with folks navigating grief, conflict, held trauma, nervous system regulation, mental health and body challenges through supporting deeper connection with one's body while using an integrative intersectional lens.
I work with folks based on their goals and capacities to grow skills and cultivate practices to keep integrating the work. I generally see clients multiple times over a series of months, through one-offs, or several specific focused sessions are always welcome.
I am not able to accept insurance, but I do have a sliding scale/tiered options, and I am happy to work with folks towards agreeable financial exchanges.
I practice in downtown Montpelier, out of The Everything Space, as well as online.
Our new studio is wheelchair accessible.
My practice is trauma informed and is Q/T/BIPOC affirming.
