The Children's Institute at Jericho has an full-time position open. We are seeking to add a Toddler Assistant Teacher to our team who has a passion for working with young children.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the lead guide, and other classroom guides to implement quality education, and developing positive relationships with the children and their parents. Candidate will be dependable and have strong organizational skills that allow for the structure and routine that young children need.

The Assistant Teacher will offer flexible thinking, curiosity, and creativity as part of a larger teaching team that strategizes and explores the implementation of core Montessori principles. If you have credentials to be an Assistant Teacher, or you are interested in becoming an Assistant Teacher, please apply. Training and coaching will be provided to ensure the success and happiness of the Assistant Teacher.

Position(s): 1 Preschool Assistant & 1 Toddler Assistant - Full-Time - yearly position with summers off. We follow MMUUSD school year. - 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (40 hrs/wk)
There is a possibility to work 5 weeks in the summer
