Talking Back! Self-Esteem Building for Teens and Tweens

Talking Back! In Talking Back workshops students learn to recognize their internal strengths while developing skills to “talk back” to the negative messages that can lead to depression, anxiety, and poor self esteem. Participants are encouraged to utilize their creativity to design dramatic scenes that address communication, connection, and healthy self regard. Workshops are free.

Preregistration is required. No experience necessary.

There is currently a group for students in grades 4th, 5th, and 6th on Mondays at 3:00.
