If you are on a tight schedule, we advise you place your order ASAP to ensure we can fulfill your order at your desired time.

***A note on packaging: As you may know, Chittenden County is no longer able to commercially compost compostable food packaging- so all those nice cartons and greenware are now going straight to the landfill. To circumvent this problem, we will be working through the backstock of our compostable wares as we transition to recycled and recyclable/reusable packaging made from paper, plastic and aluminum.***

Randy Camacho + Gina Cocchiaro here. We're a Chef/Nurse duo with Philly roots. We are two curious palates for whom the pursuit and creation of food is an adventure! We find inspiration everywhere, from glorious seasonal VT produce and our cookbook collection to our Dominican + Italian food traditions.
