We have abundant apples here at Sunrise just waiting to be picked! We had some frost damage like other orchards this past spring, but our pick-your-own area at the top of the ridge escaped the cold air and we have McIntosh, Gala, Honeycrisp, Macoun and many other varieties ripening every day.
Lunch this weekend is a a Smoked Pork Sandwich with a housemade BBQ sauce and Apple slaw on a petit pain~served from 11:00 until supplies last.

Of course, all of our sweet offerings will be available as well, including cider donuts, apple turnovers, chocolate dipped donuts and apple pie.
