To celebrate the 2024 Total Eclipse in St. Johnsbury on April 8th, The St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center will be open each day, Saturday, April 6th through Wednesday. April 10th, 10AM – 4PM. We are located at 421 Summer St. in St. Johnsbury. Bring your family and friends to the Center to learn about what makes the town of St. Johnsbury unique.
The St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center now has on exhibit the wedding dress of Almira Taylor Fairbanks. Almira was the daughter of William and Rebecca Fairbanks who built Brantview, now part of St. Johnsbury Academy's campus. She married Herbert Wood Blodgett on January 17, 1888.
The Center is open Monday – Wednesday this winter from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
