People are vacationing again! We need one additional member to join our already awesome family providing great customer service to our visitors from around the U.S. and world! If you're hard-working, super-friendly and work well as part of a team, you might be the right fit for our inn.
F/T WEEKEND & WEEKDAY CUSTOMER SERVICE (HOUSEKEEPING, BREAKFAST, EVENT SERVING)
You are the face of our inn! You'll start the day helping us make and serve breakfast for anywhere from 2 to 30 guests each morning! You'll be the friendly face that gets them started on their vacation day in Vermont. You'll help them plan their day of adventure and exploring the top of Vermont.
Then you'll move on to help clean and service our 10 guest rooms and our common areas, making sure everything is immaculate for those arriving and freshened up for those staying over. You'll also get to do lots of fun stuff, including baking cookies, helping serve at weddings and special events and more. You plan the number of hours you want to work each week: 10, 20, 30 or more at an hourly rate of $14.50 to start, plus tips. Work days will include Saturdays and Sundays, with additional days during the week structured around your schedule.
After 90 day probationary period, team members are eligible for a rate increase. After a full 12 months of service, team members become eligible for paid vacations and profit sharing.
