Hello! My name is Karen Dorey and I have been practicing massage for almost 20 years. I am a licensed massage therapist, with over 1,000 hours of training and continuing education hours. Massage is my passion, and I'm always doing research to learn new techniques to incorporate into the next session in order to benefit the client even further.
Each massage is customized for the individual client, depending on their specific needs, and using a combination of massage modalities. By incorporating PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) to increase range of motion and flexibility, Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial/cupping, and/or reiki energy work, it gives every client the maximum benefit from their massage. I specialize in relieving low back/sciatica pain as well as neck/range of motion pain. My massage style uses slow, intentional/mindful, long strokes to help facilitate a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience at a pressure the client is comfortable with.
Solar Plexus Massage is located on the 2nd floor of the Kismet building in Williston. My current hours are Mondays 9am-6:30pm, Tuesdays 8:30am-12pm, and Saturdays 3:30pm-6:30pm. Book your massage today at https://www.solarplexusmassage.com/book or call/text me at 802-343-4412.
I look forward to meeting you!
