Spiritual Counseling Philosophy and Services

I'm dedicated to helping others find their way and on their own terms. I am deeply versed in spiritual, religious and ethnic studies and I draw my primary inspiration from Sufi, existential-humanist and Zen Buddhist philosophies. This training provides me with the requisite skills associated with addressing spiritual, life-transition and career crises.

My therapeutic approach has a both a long-term , and solutions-based framework, integrating techniques from Adlerian, Jungian and ACT to confront persistent negative, or irrational thoughts and harmful internal messages. My practice in essence is existential in focus--emphasizing soul, meaning and purpose.
