The Sarasa Ensemble is a collective group of international instrumentalists and vocalists who perform classical music of outstanding quality, spanning the 17th to the 21st centuries, on both period and modern instruments, and bring this music to diverse communities. Sarasa Chamber Music Ensemble will present its "East-West" concert program at Brattleboro Music Center on Friday, November 15 at 7pm - we hope you'll join us!

Composers of the Occident gladly soaked up the sounds of the near Orient, adding extra spice and depth of flavor to their musical concoctions. A program that looks at those Eastern traditions influencing a wide swathe of Europe in a potpourri of Baroque and 20th-century music.
