As a birth doula, postpartum doula, and peer lactation counselor, I offer emotional, spiritual, and educational support to pregnant people and their partners throughout all stages of pregnancy and new parenthood. My goal is for you to feel safe, supported, confident, and empowered during labor, completely trusting and believing in your inner knowing and divine light!

I also offer family doula services for extended postpartum support. This service is for people who are a couple of months to a couple of years into their postpartum journeys. As your family doula, I provide emotional support to the parent(s), childcare assistance, home care assistance, including light dishes, laundry, meal prep, etc. My goal is to help you balance and manage all of the demands of family life, so that you can enjoy being present together!
