Ryan's case for smiles is a 501c3 charity where volunteers sew pillowcases donate to critically ill children in hospitals and pediatric centers throughout the United States. I am the Northern Vermont chapter coordinator and my chapter is currently donating to the Ronald McDonald House and UVM Children's Hospital in Burlington Vermont.
