As a volunteer driver for Rural Community Transportation, you are reimbursed for mileage for providing cost-effective transportation to your neighbors and community members in need of a ride. You set your own schedule and decide how often you can offer rides to medical and wellness appointments, senior centers, affordable food locations, counseling, prevention treatment, human services programs, and other need-meeting destinations. Volunteer driving is an opportunity to reach out and make a meaningful contribution!

Volunteers must provide proof of insurance, registration, and a valid driver's license, and are subject to extensive background screenings.

If you have access to a reliable vehicle and you enjoy driving and meeting people, visit http://riderct.org/volunteers to apply.
