At Roam and Om, we curate approachable outdoor adventures that combine hiking, yoga, and beautiful locations to connect your mind, body and soul. We want to take your yoga practice to new heights, literally and figuratively: hike with us to the summit of a mountain or a tranquil riverside location for an outdoor yoga practice that will open you up to everything our beautiful world has to offer. Additionally, connecting our community with our local farms and beautiful spaces to access the benefits of nature, fresh air, movement and mindfulness is our top priority. We work with other local businesses to create peaceful yoga classes in idyllic settings. These Nature Based Yoga Experiences are great if you're not up for a hike.

We work with private groups and special occasions and also have a great schedule for all to sign into!
