I am hosting a 4-week workshop series - Digest Well, Live Well on Wednesday evenings in September from 5:00-6:30PM. We start on 9/11/24!
This series will combine modern research and the eastern medicine practice of Ayurveda to guide you on how to balance GI issues in order to improve energy levels, sleep, and immunity. We will be diving deep into how the GI tract works, what cravings really tell us, how to balance your specific GI symptoms, how to determine which foods work best for your body, and how thoughts/emotions impact digestion.
The cost is $75 for all 4 classes, and a limited number of scholarships are available for those experiencing financial hardship.
