We are Vermont and New England’s first dedicated gluten-free craft brewery. Our beer is made exclusively from naturally gluten-free grains like millet, rice, sorghum, and oats. We also use local adjuncts including strawberries and raspberries from Paul Mazza’s farm, local honey, and our own maple syrup. Brewery is located in Fairfax and tasting room in Jeffersonville. We’ve been serving up great VT craft beer since 2018! Call ahead for availability at brewery.
