All Together Now VT (ATN) is a community-based prevention coalition that empowers youth to create the change they need for improved equitable mental health and wellbeing opportunities in the Eastern towns of Chittenden County. We are led by high school students, and focus on creating connection, empowerment and more engagement opportunities for young people in our communities.
