Plainfield Farmers Market

The Plainfield Farmers Market is a small community market offering veggies, meats, crafts, herbal products, prepared foods, and beverages. The market is committed to supporting local farmers, homesteaders, and crafts people while also creating a sense of community in Plainfield.

The summer market is currently held Fridays from 4-7 pm, June through September at the corner of Mill and Main Streets in front of the church in Plainfield Village.

The winter market is held the first Sunday of the month at the Plainfield Opera House on Rte 2 December through March.

Market managers are Ben Youngbaer and Rae Carter.

We are currently seeking produce, specialty food product, and prepared food vendors. This is a good market for small, start up vendors. As a small market, we take care to support our vendors and not offer overlapping products. Some vendors may not be a good fit at this time.
