The butterscotchy counterpart to brownies studded with chocolate chips are the stuff of shareable dessert dreams . Made with Buerre Noisette (carmalized butter) mollasses, brown sugar, and the option of toasted walnuts or pecans.

Sweet creamy goodness of these gorgeous and decadent treats. Cream cheese swirled brownies with a chewy texture are the ultimate sweet treat, made with a velvety layer of cream cheese and whorls of rich "Chocolat Noir."

Shoe Fly Pie
Also known as a Pennsylvania Dutch wet bottom molasses mud pie, a regional specialty associated with Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine. It features three distinct layers: a lusciously gooey molasses bottom, a middle layer with a cake-like consistency, and a crumbly topping. No one really knows when the name "Shoe Fly" originated, but theories include that pie-lovers had to "shoo flies" away from the sweet, sticky molasses-based pie every time they served it.
