We're expanding our team and looking for dedicated individuals to help us continue to bring quality painting services to our community.

Position: Painter

What You'll Do:

Aid in full-service painting operations
- Residential Painting (Interior/Exterior/Repair)
- Commercial Painting (Interior/Exterior/Repair)
- Specialty Finishing
- Pressure washing
- Staining
- Color Consulting

Be a quality team member
- Communicate with other Painters, Foremen, and Management about task completion and quality
- Help build a work a healthy environment rooted in respecting and uplifting your team
- Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of your work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Respect our equipment and vehicles
- Pitch in with maintenance-related tasks
- Follow rules and expectations

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Residential and/or Commercial painting
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
