We offer personalized wellness coaching, focusing on anxiety management through brain education, centering breathwork, somatic movement, and guided meditation to empower clients in overcoming the stress and anxiety of everyday life. In addition, we offer education on how the brain works when we are upset (sad, mad, scared, etc) and how we can work with the functions of the brain to get back to a regulated nervous system.

Our unique approach extends to Wellness Focused Equine Practices (offered May-October), harnessing the powerful therapeutic benefits of the human-horse connection for a truly transformative experience.
