Miss Andrea has been teaching classes for over 30 years in New York and Vermont, which she now resides, and is offering classes on Thursdays in Stowe, VT, and at the Monteverdi Music School in Montpelier on Fridays or Sundays
Classes are designed just for babies, just for toddlers, and just for preschoolers or mixed ages. Older and younger siblings are always welcome to register.
Music and movement are important for the development of a young child for these reasons:
1.Social skills
Music and movement classes help children learn to cooperate and work as a team
Music can help children learn to identify and manage their emotions
2.Language skills
Music can help children learn new words, grammatical structures, and pronunciation
3. Music can help children improve their listening skills
