The days are shorter and colder, but the list of good local food available over here on Earth Bridge Road is still long!

Fresh from our fields: spinach, salad mix, leeks, butternut squash, delicata, daikon, broccoli, fennel, carrots, turnips, beets, radicchio, parsnips, green cabbage, napa cabbage, head lettuce, kale, bok choy, garlic, frozen ginger, onions, garlic braids, and everlasting flower bunches.

Also on our shelves from local farmers and producers: Picadilly sweet potatoes, High Meadows red and yellow potatoes, Bunker Farm maple syrup, Ground Up flours, Mainely Grains oats and cornmeal, Vermont Bean Crafters beans, Picadilly and Hurricane Flats popcorn, Castleton Crackers, Big Picture goat milk caramels (and chocolate-covered caramels!), Grace Farm hand salve and lip balm, Vermont Bee Balm, Orchard Hill Bread (deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays), and Paradox Pastries (delivery on Fridays).

And in our fridge from local farmers and producers: Leaping Bear Farm and Livewater Farm eggs, Vermont Cranberry Company cranberries, Kitchen Garden Farm brussel sprouts, Mycoterra Farm shiitakes, Rhapsody tempeh, Heiwa tofu, Miller Farm milk and half and half, Sap Sodas and seltzer, Katalyst kombucha, Savoure Soda, Sidehill and Green Mountain yogurt, Grafton Village cheese, Vermont Shepherd cheese, Shelburne Farms cheese, Ploughgate butter, Maple Brook feta, and Blue Ledge cheese.
